Jeffrey Allard is a GSA-certified locksmith and safe technician who leads Stronghold Safe Work LLC, serving clients across Washington with high-security solutions. Drawing on over a decade of hands-on experience in both military and civilian sectors, Jeffrey Allard continues to provide locksmith services that meet rigorous federal standards throughout Washington.
After earning a certification in Basic Alarm and Theory Application at Fox Valley Technical College, Mr. Allard completed dual credentials at Lockmasters Security Institute in GSA inspection and safe/vault servicing. His background includes supporting secure infrastructure for the Washington State Military Department, where he managed key systems across more than 200 buildings, maintained access controls, and implemented locking hardware throughout military installations.
As the owner of Stronghold Safe Work since 2015, he performs safe openings, TL-rated vault repairs, and electronic lock installations for residential, commercial, and government clients. His expertise includes safe manipulation, key system design, and emergency after-hours service. He is a longtime member of the Safe and Vault Technicians Association (SAVTA) and holds multiple commendations, including a Bronze Star and Purple Heart earned during his military service.
Outside of work, Jeffrey Allard enjoys photography using Fujifilm XT5 systems, kayaking in the Pacific Northwest, and practicing Krav Maga. He also maintains a personal interest in lock-picking and security hardware innovation.
